Will it sound like a robot?+

What if it gives a wrong price?+

Price bands are rules-driven (set by you), not LLM-guessed. The chat says “between £80 and £180 for a typical leak — confirmed when our engineer arrives” — never a single number you'd be bound to.

What does it do with customer data?+

Runs on your domain. Conversations stored in UK Postgres for 30 days then deleted. We never sell or share. GDPR-clean by default; we can delete a specific user's record on request within 24 hours.
