Terms of service

This is the deal between you (the customer) and Loyalleads (us). Plain English, no legalese.

1. What we do

We design and build websites for Cardiff and South Wales businesses. The scope of your build is the bullet list of the package you bought (Starter, Business or Pro) plus any add-ons you ticked. Anything outside that list is extra and quoted separately.

2. Payment

• 50% deposit to start, 50% balance on launch (day 6 by default).
• All prices are in GBP. We charge no VAT until we cross the HMRC threshold (currently £90,000/yr).
• Payments are handled by Stripe; cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are accepted.
• Hosting (where included) is billed monthly from launch and is cancellable any time. You keep your site and domain.

3. Deposit refund window

Your deposit is fully refundable up until we start design work — defined as the moment the brief call is finished and the first draft begins. Once we've started, the deposit is non-refundable because it's already paid for our time. If you cancel mid-build, we hand over any work-to-date and waive the balance.

4. The six-day guarantee

We promise to deliver a live, working site within six working days of the brief call — provided you return the four assets we ask for (logo, photos, reviews, services list) within 24 hours of the call.

If we miss day six for reasons that are our fault, the build is free— we refund your deposit minus a £99 admin fee. If we're late because we're waiting on something from you, the clock pauses and the guarantee doesn't apply for that period. We'll tell you the moment the clock pauses.

5. What we expect from you

• Show up to the brief call.
• Send us logo, photos, reviews and a service list within 24 hours of the call.
• Reply to revision questions within 24 hours so we can hit Saturday.
• Don't ask us to copy a competitor's exact site — we won't.

6. Revisions

Starter includes 1 round of revisions, Business 2 rounds, Pro unlimited within 14 days. A round = one consolidated email of changes. Extra rounds are billed at £75/hr.

7. Post-launch support

Business: 30 days of free changes after launch. Pro: 60 days. After that, hosting customers get small edits free; anything bigger is £75/hr quoted before work starts.

8. IP and ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the site outright — copy, design, code, domain. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

9. Hosting cancellation

Cancel hosting any month with 30 days' notice. We'll help you migrate to a host of your choice at no charge. No lock-in.

10. Liability

We'll do our level best. If something goes wrong because of us, our maximum liability to you is limited to the total amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded (death, personal injury, fraud).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute we can't sort out by emailing each other will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
