Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 May 2026
Plain English: we collect the bare minimum we need to do the work you've asked for, we don't sell anything to anyone, and we delete it when we no longer need it.
Who we are
Loyalleads is operated from Cardiff, Wales. You can reach us at hello@loyalleads.co.uk. Our ICO registration number is: pending registration.
What we collect
- Form data — business name, website URL, email, phone, postcode, project notes — when you submit the audit, start, custom-quote, or chatbot forms.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
- Email engagement — opens and clicks on transactional emails via Resend, so we know whether you got the audit/proposal.
- Analytics — anonymous, cookieless page-view data via Plausible. No personal data, no cookies, no banner.
Why we collect it (lawful basis under UK GDPR)
- Contract — to deliver the audit, proposal or website you asked for.
- Legitimate interest — to follow up on enquiries and improve the service.
- Legal obligation — invoices and tax records (HMRC requires 6+ years).

- Resend — transactional email (US, SCCs).
- Vercel — hosting (US, SCCs).
- Neon — database (EU/US, SCCs).
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling (US, SCCs).
- Plausible — analytics (EU).
We never sell your data. We never share it with marketing companies.
